Delivery Shipping prices Shipping prices vary depending on the weight and size of the parcel and your location. Shipping cost is calculated and displayed before you complete your order. If the items you ordered are in stock, we will usually ship your order within one business day. If the products are out of stock, we will contact you before placing the order. If you order more than one item and some are out of stock, you can choose to either partially ship immediately or to ship in full later. (This will result in two shipping charges.)
Delivery times
Estimated delivery time is 45 business days. Please note that during sales periods and public holidays, delivery may take longer.
VAT and Customs
All orders from Romtexexport.com are shipped from Turkey. You may have a different VAT and customs level when importing products into your country. In some countries VAT is lower, this difference is used to cover customs clearance costs.
This means that the price you see on our website is the actual, total price you paid. Shipping is the only additional cost.
Orphaned packages
We reserve the right to charge the cost of handling (return shipping, shipping fee, etc.) incurred when a package is not claimed. Therefore, we charge if the package is not received by the customer. Shipments are normally retained by the post office for a maximum of 14 days before they are returned to us.
Therefore, please note that if you regret your purchase and wish to return the product, you must first collect the package and then return it according to the instructions further down this page. Uncollected packages are not considered under the Right of Cancellation.
Return instructions
All returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Authorization may take several days.
Once the return has been received and approved, the return will be completed with the original payment method.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Romtek Export.
Please keep your return tracking information and receipt as this will serve as proof of postage. Without this, we cannot help you.
